Under the supervision of the Supply Chain Manager or Supervisor, executes and administers a coordinated lean supply support system that operates efficiently and meets the needs of the clinical areas within OSUWMC. Stocks and manages supply inventory levels in clinical areas and serves as the liaison between the Distribution & Logistics Team and all clinical departments.
Maintains records such as dates of requisitions, delivery verification, invoice price confirmation, back-orders, and implant pricing. Ensures accurate tracking of supply data including back orders, manufacturer numbers, expiration dates, product recalls, and lot numbers.
Ensures the implementation and maintenance of the two-bin Kanban system and maintains all required documents for accurate requisitioning. Demonstrates an effective combination of analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or GED and one year of inventory management experience.
