Project Leader (Penske Logistics)

Position Summary: The Project Manager will deliver multiple simultaneous projects on time and within budget, focusing on business outcomes, team management, budgeting, planning, and scheduling. Manage the implementation of an event such as process improvement initiatives, network redesign or systems deployment within a Region. Responsible for the formalization of a realistic timeline, complete with milestones, targets and identification of responsible parties. Handles many tasks and assignments directly, delegating as needed to other subject matter experts. Will ensure buy-in and facilitate regular communication to convey progress, inhibitors or roadblocks to the successful completion of all projects. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM
