B&R Global Holdings, Inc. in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Director, Supply Chain Planning & Analytics to design and build a new Distribution Center (DC) and serve as Project Leader for new warehouse start-ups with the deployment of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems and implementing standard processes, rolling out new digitalization technologies (such as robots, wearable devices, automated guided vehicles, etc.). Develop, implement and support supply chain solutions, system setup, testing, training, implementation and post implementation support of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transportation Management System (TMS); Implement standard processes to align with new systems. Implement a Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Process to manage the entire Demand to Order Fulfillment cycle. Establish inventory management design and ensuring a strong supply plan handoff to internal and external partners. Responsible for monitoring and improving the Planning & Logistics KPI’s; Produces and distributes weekly and monthly production, supply and inventory performance metrics and effectively use this metrics for continuous improvement of the Supply Chain processes & Generate opportunities to improve EBITDA and cash flow. Develop and implement efficient logistical solutions and ERP systems as they relate to transportation, warehousing, packaging materials, and production control. Effectively manage complex supply chain structure work in a fast paced, global environment. Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any), Finance, Accounting or a related field. Position requires 7 years of related experience as well as 7 years of experience with the following skills: Transportation Management Systems; Demand Planning Systems; Utilizing “Demand Solutions Systems” for Forecast; Inventory Planning Systems: Mastery in MRP, DRP, and Inventory Optimization. SAP, Fishbowl experience; ERP Systems Implementation Expertise: Proficient with Fishbowl Inventory and SAP; Supply Chain Network Optimization: Skilled in developing and analyzing footprint analysis using Python and network mapping tools; Business Intelligence: Proficient with Microsoft Power BI; Database Management: Experienced in SQL databases and API utilization; Robotic Process Automation (RPA): Proficient with UiPath.
