Responsible for organizing, planning, and directing a fair and transparent centralized procurement program used by Oakland County departments and countywide elected officials in accordance with Oakland County’s Purchasing Policies and Procedures Manual, Board of Commissioner’s resolutions, and state and federal laws. Proactively seeks opportunities to provide goods and services at the best value while stimulating vendor participation in the County’s procurement process.
