The Supply Chain Demand Planner is responsible for the qualitative and quantitative forecasting process for our Construction Systems business. This includes managing and maintaining our forecasting tools, facilitating or participating in meetings to provide input and drive business engagement, and a focus on continuous improvement. This position also requires a very close working relationship with Product Managers, Supply Chain Planners, Sales and Marketing.

Thorough understanding of a manufacturing and distribution process and how they are inter-related.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to establish a plan and drive its execution to successfully deliver results against business objectives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to the role.
Ability to set priorities and make decisions in a dynamic work environment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks effectively.
Action oriented, good problem solver, highly analytical and good math skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead and/or work effectively in a team environment to achieve organizational goals.
Ability to effectively explore alternatives to reach outcomes that gain all parties support and acceptance.
Ability to assimilate and apply new job-related information that varies in complexity in a timely manner.
SAP or similar MRP planning tool experience preferred.
Advanced level experience with Microsoft Excel, Access, Power BI, Power Point is preferred.
A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Math or Finance is preferred, with a minimum requirement of three (3) years of logistics or supply chain experience -OR- a High School Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
