Minimum Qualifications Required: Six (6) years of experience with major responsibility for the review, analysis, coordination and administration of policies and programs in a large governmental, public affairs or business organization.
The preferred candidate will have six (6) years of experience with major responsibility for the review, analysis, coordination and administration of policies and programs related to procurement and contracting in a large governmental, public affairs or business organization; be a Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) or Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP); will have certification in Public Procurement and Contract Management; and/or a Master’s degree in Business Administration or Public Administration.
