The Executive Director, Materials Management Services for The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center leads the department within Supply Chain Services Division to include:
Supply and inventory management
Records and asset management
Linen and patient durable medical equipment management
The Executive Director and team will collaborate with other supply chain operational areas to design and implement solutions to supply chain logistics issues and systems. This position will serve as an advisor to the Supply Chain Services Leader and the broad customer base of MD Anderson Cancer Center.
Requirements include 10 years of managerial experience in materials management with experience in a large healthcare or healthcare-related industry. A Bachelor’s degree is required. An APICS certification or the acquisition of within 18 months of hire is also required. Currently possess or can acquire a Texas driver’s license of the appropriate classification.
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
