This position will be the point of contact to Sales, Business Units, Distributors, key end customers and System Integrators, in providing value added customer solutions through strong collaboration with Supply Chain, Finance and other cross functional support teams within RA.
Develop Market Intelligence and customer Insight to proactively develop relevant solutions for specific customer requirements.
Periodic Reviews with Distributors to ensure the Rockwell processes and policies and being adhered and they are still relevant to achieve the common Global RA goals.
Demand Sensing and Market Intelligence inputs to facilitate efficient Demand Planning and product availability to improve both Blended and Want Date Compliance
To represent customer perspective in ensuring customer requirements are met timely acting within Rockwell policies.
Maintain blended compliance at 96%
Follow Rockwell principles of ethics and compliance under all circumstances.
Communicate complex process efficiency matters to global teams and regional stakeholders
Persistence in developing new process, influence regional stakeholders on process adherence, error and issue resolution
Facilitating the Key Global customer management for the region through collaboration with various Country Customer care logistics organizations across region.
