As a member of the North American Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for managing initiatives to support the Sales and Operational Planning process to ensure strategic efficiency for the ECN business. You will be the tactical interface between Manufacturing, Technical, Commercial, Marketing, and the Supply Chain organization. Additionally, you will have responsibilities to drive the most optimal production network setup that aligns with our strategic market planning.
Success in this role will come from your desire to operate in a high paced environment where cross functional interaction is an integral component of its responsibilities. You will serve as a strong and analytical project manager, and one who can run multiple capacity planning scenarios and professionally manage conflict and crisis. You will develop strategic concepts around optimizing network utilization per site and technology, and coordinate sourcing changes. The role will have you demonstrating your skills in data analysis to identify potential capacity constraints and drive solutions within the tactical planning horizon as outlined in the framework of S&OP.

Formula for Success
Leveraging your educational and professional background in Supply Chain Management, Sales and Operations Planning, Supply/Demand Planning, Logistics, Operations, or a related field, you will manage North American, Tolled, and imported items with the supply chain planning team against customer requirements.
Your thorough understanding of inventory management will allow you to mitigate demand and supply changes through critical path reviews, lead Sales & Operations Planning activities, and drive strategic initiatives around sourcing solutions.
Utilizing your strong organizational, leadership and change management skills, you will facilitate and drive solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrating your excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills, you will deliver successful projects, process improvements, and inventory cost savings.
Your proficiency in MS Office (notably in MS Excel) and SAP will serve you well as you analyze a complex data set
Your APICS CPIM or equivalent Supply Chain qualification will demonstrate your expertise in supply chain management and will help you to lead continuous improvement projects for the OEMs.
