We are seeking a professional like you to join this team and be responsible for defining and implementing the Customer Experience strategy with focus on continuous improvement of order to cash activities. This will include the development, implementation and optimization of processes and systems used by Petrochemicals Supply Chain North America. You will enjoy challenging the status quo and take pride in finding the most optimal solutions to improve overall business performance and enhance value to our customers.

Formula for Success
Leveraging your education (business management or IT field preferred) combined with your experience in the Customer Care, Revenue Support in the Order to Cash area or closely related work experience , you will execute order to cash activities; including order management, customer inquiries, and revenue support to meet service level expectations and/or financial governance requirements.
Successfully engaging both internally and externally, you will interface with customers, team members, and business personnel to enable process enhancements and develop process controls to prevent errors from reoccurring.
Your superior problem-solving and analytical skills, along with your SAP (R/3 or HANA) experience and p roficiency in Microsoft Office tools, will be essential in performing root cause analysis of events and trends utilizing SAP and Global Reporting Tools.
With broad insight of the business strategy and customer care capabilities, you will facilitate the development of customer focused KPIs and Goals that drive continuous improvement mindset and activities.
As a Customer Care expert, you will represent our business unit and participate in the design and implementation of corporate initiatives and projects.
Demonstrating project management proficiency , you will lead process and system implementations including establishing and meeting deadlines, resolving hurdles, driving decisions and actions, and communicating with stakeholders.
