Supervise the daily operational activities of the team and provide strategic objectives based on the principles of Rockwell Automation's Global Supply Chain
Provide daily direction and communication to team members, ensure complete customer satisfaction at all time of all internal and external customers
Provide continual evaluation of processes and procedures. Responsible for suggesting and implementing methods to improve operations, 3rd Party Logistics, and Customer efficiency and service, to both internal and external customers through leadership and project execution
Recruit, train, coach, and conduct performance reviews for team members including participation in EMEA Emerging Markets organizational reviews
Establish work procedures and processes that support the company and departmental standards, procedures and strategic directives
