Production Specialist (1900044) – Port Arthur, TX
Where the Chemistry Happens
We are seeking a professional like you to ensure proper accounting and coordination of feedstock and finished product deliveries. In this role, you will manage the deliveries of external CC4 (Buckeye Pipeline) and the corresponding deliveries of 1,3 Butadiene into and out of the finished product pipeline (EMPCo Pipeline).

Formula for Success
Leveraging your education in Accounting or a technical area (Chemical Engineering or Chemistry) combined with your operational or production planning experience, you will manage and coordinate the CC4 Buckeye pipeline movements.
Successfully engaging with the ExxonMobil representative, you will verify and approve the official monthly Exchange Balance Statement.
Your proficiency in computer applications (database, spreadsheets, Aspen Suite of products and SAP) will be essential as you support SAP invoicing/billing and uploads. You will also perform billing checks at critical billing periods.
Handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, you will manage inspection documentation of naphtha and condensate sales and purchases to comply with auditing.
Your unwavering commitment to confidentiality will be evident as you maintain and handle a high degree of confidential information according to contractual obligations.
Demonstrating your robust analytical skills, you will analyze Daily Inventory Reports for accuracy and loss control to support end of month inventory reconciliation process.
Your solid problem-solving ability and strong human relations skills will serve you well as you resolve discrepancies within the C4 Mass Billing Balance via communications with the Unit Operations Engineer, examination of the process logs, viewing Exceed, trending flows in Process Explorer, and searching any additional back-up information.
