Position Summary: The Business Systems Analyst in Procurement is responsible for supply chain systems within UCI Health. The incumbent is responsible for implementation, support, and maintenance of applications used by Supply Chain and Finance in collaboration with other peers. Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to design and deliver creative, cost-effective, and integrated supply chain solutions. Responsible for managing service delivery and operations of various supply chain systems for various applications including but not limited to ERP/MMIS, EDI/GHX, Recall platform, ScrubEx, CIMS etc. Responsible for managing SLAs by guiding incident resolution, problem management, maintenance, and enhancement tickets raised by the end users of these applications. Responsible for providing deep knowledge of ERP/MMIS capabilities as well as Supply Chain domain expertise to create better alignment with UCI Health needs. Incumbent is responsible for instructional design, development, facilitation and monitoring of a comprehensive training program for new and existing staff specific for UC Irvine Medical Center ERP/MMIS system users on-site and in all off-site locations. In addition, the incumbent is responsible for problem resolution, data collection, and metrics regarding training effectiveness, and defining system protocols and procedures. Incumbent is responsible for teaching systems users on updates and new systems as appropriate, ensuring system accuracy, consistency and integrity by appropriately training users.
Rate Minimum $57,400.00 Maximum $97,300.00
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting or other related field and/or equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceExcellent written, oral, instructional, presentation and interpersonal skills focused on motivation and positive attitude. Highly self-motivated, directed and change oriented. Very strong customer service orientation.
Ability to analyze highly complex issues and workflows.Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning, to include Materials management / Inventory management, Logistics and Distribution, and Mobile Supply Chain.GHX certification or equivalent systems experience.Must have strong supply chain functional expertise from procure to pay, item master and vendor master management, EDI setup and management, troubleshooting issues with EDI transactions, AP Invoice matching and 3 way matching. Receiving and Chain of Custody, Item master management using 2 Bin Kanban and RFID tracking, Mobile Supply Chain Management.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in implementation of ERP/MMIS and training healthcare staff.Experience supporting Health Care related clients/industry.
