Procurement/Fulfillment Assistant - 1900243 – Fremont, CA
Procurement function primarily responsible for evaluating quotes with vendors; creating purchase orders for raw materials/base metal materials; manage the precious metal vendor and keeping contact and on-time delivery of vendors.
Reconciliation of inventory/purchase orders Monitor accounts to ensure receipts are up to date Resolve purchase order discrepancies Assist the vault by creating purchase orders for scrap lots. Maintaining files for the purchasing department including paperwork for orders, acknowledgements, and invoice and email correspondence with vendors. Responsible for purchasing technical materials with the Procurement card including all packaging materials. Reconcile all Procurement card activities monthly. Follow up with vendors for status of deliveries. Participate in group projects throughout the year. Basic qualifications:
High School Diploma 3 years work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP experience
