You will have responsibility for the demand & supply planning for your assigned business portfolio (600 to 1000 ref.). On the demand side, you will create reliable sales forecasts and on the supply side, you will align inventory levels with peaks and valleys in demand and enhance profitability by an accurate and efficient inventory management.
What you’ll do:
You will lead the dialogue each month for your respective forecasted channel and products with your key counterparts in Sales, Marketing and Finance.
Integration of demand on monthly promotional or launch orders, respecting the head office deadlines.
Lead and facilitate monthly inventory meetings that are a collaborative management meeting that will result in actionable plans around: aging, freshness, obsolescence and excess inventory.
Provide full visibility on upcoming promotions, launches and roll-outs to the entire supply chain, including the Warehouse, Customer Service and Sales and Marketing teams.
Identify, collaborate and work toward improving inefficiencies in supply chain with business partners.
Identify and leverage opportunities to continually improve the quality of data management systems, processes and standards.
Monitor control and compliance KPI’s to reduce data issues and improve data consistency.

Able to organize and prioritize workload while managing to deadlines.

4+ years of experience in a similar supply chain position and environment
Good knowledge of software related to demand and supply planning (M3/DMP Infor experience a plus)
Excellent Excel skills
Self-motivated and goal oriented
Bilingual (English/French) a plus
