Responsible for the development and direction of a data driven decision capability to inform strategic tradeoffs across the Supply Chain organization. Leverage data to define opportunities / tradeoffs and measure success through identifying and aligning stakeholders on KPI’s across the supply chain. Performs analysis on key initiatives and metrics to recommend actions that will increase efficiencies, reduce costs, and/or drive revenue across the end to end supply chain. Ensures implemented actions/plans yield expected results and works to define & build a future budget process that effectively incorporates improvements.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage a supply chain cost-to-serve model to help understand the financial implications of initiatives / decisions and drive enhanced awareness of these costs with organizational stakeholders.
Leverage the cost-to-serve model to identify and vet opportunities for cost reduction across the organization. Liaise with key business partners to implement improvement opportunities.
Develop ad-hoc financial models and tools to support ongoing execution of our business (i.e., toolkits to help stakeholders make informed business decisions)
Partner with finance to stakeholders understand the current budget process and build a flexible budget tool that will allow for clear accountability to yielding agreed upon results. Includes budgeting and tracking of ROIs for key supply chain initiatives.
Work with the Network Strategy team to identify opportunities to realize assortment and inventory management efficiencies across the network (i.e., safety stock optimization, inventory flow optimization, order characteristics, etc.)
Responsible for the execution of analysis to determine when KPIs are out of acceptable tolerances, to determine root causes, and to identify unfavorable trends requiring attention to ensure exceptional service levels, budgetary adherence and that inventory is optimally deployed throughout the end to end supply chain.
Responsible for tracking, analyzing and communicating performance & exceptions to deliver actionable recommendations for improvements to supply chain leadership.
Cross-functional collaboration and support among all business channels and supply chain, technology & finance for optimal execution and efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree required
4-7 years relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of work and education experience
Proven track record of success in managing multiple priorities / projects at once
Clear communication and excellent collaboration
Strong working knowledge in SAP, MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Project, PowerPoint), SQL, VBA
Ability to speak, work with, and present to large and diverse audiences
