Where the Chemistry Happens
We are seeking a talented professional like you to lead the Master Planning and Project Management activities in support of the Urethane Systems Operations in NAFTA. The Urethanes Systems Business is integrated into all four of the core commercial segments within our Performance Materials (PM) group and has high visibility throughout the organization.
In this role, you will s upport the PM Sales and Operations planning processes to ensure a proactive balance of supply and demand for the urethane systems business in North America. You will provide key support for production planning, import planning, inventory control, and/or operations planning. Additionally, you will be responsible for month end KPI generation, global KPI reporting, supply chain project management, dysfunctional inventory management, raw material forecasting, meeting customer specific requirements relative to supply chain activities, and training team members as needed.

Formula for Success
Leveraging your educational background in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Engineering or a related discipline , combined with your professional experience in Supply Chain Logistics, Product Management, Customer Care, Procurement or Operations , you will develop and implement comprehensive supply chain master planning strategy, import raw material and finished goods replenishment, inventory management and provide S&OP support for the Urethanes Systems Business.
Successfully engaging across the organization, you will communicate with Production, Product Management and Sales and Marketing teams daily to insure priorities are aligned and plans are in place to execute.
Demonstrating your leadership ability and previous supervisory experience, you will manage 4+ Supply Chain professionals who are responsible for raw material planning and forecasting, master production planning and strategic inventory management for the business.
Driving strategic decisions for the business, you will manage and support strategic projects as identified in Supply Chain that support the overall business objectives.
Your strong organizational skills will be critical as you ensure the effective implementation of business and operating processes necessary to ensure supply chain integrity, integration and bottom-line results.
Your ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment will be essential as you assist with inventory control and cycle counting in the production facility on a daily/monthly basis and include appropriate disposition of dysfunctional inventory in partnership with Product Management.
Your experience using SAP will be a great benefit as you manage the master data / SPASS activities required within the business to support growth targets including support of the PROMPT system.
