We are seeking a professional like you to be responsible for the management, implementation and function of systems used by Business Management, Supply Chain, Controlling and Operations for North American-based processes. In this role, you will manage and lead all ERP-driven supply chain, controlling and commercial projects for the Petrochemicals division in North America (NA) and coordinate and define requirements for the N-CPN regional business systems. To be successful in this role, it will be expected that you become certified in yellow belt and green belt continuous improvement techniques.

Formula for Success
Leveraging your education in Computer Science, Information Systems/Engineering or a related field and experience in IT/Supply Chain/Controlling Project Management, you will act as the Business Process Expert for the NA Regional Business Unit (RBU) and as the primary interface for global and regional Business Systems, and Business Process optimization (e.g. Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash).
Successfully engaging across the organization, you will represent the RBU on global and regional initiatives with corporate Supply Chain and IT to improve business processes.
Your strong organizational skills and commitment to customer care will be essential as you ensure compliance and integration between business processes and corporate support functions (Customer Care, Transportation Management, Controlling and Manufacturing) to achieve high customer service levels and meet business performance targets.
Demonstrating your experience in logistics, supply chain, material management, business management, controlling or operations, you will manage, design, and implement value chain ERP, reporting, and compliance systems for plants and businesses.
Your expert level knowledge in SAP HANA, MS Excel, Analysis Office, Power BI, SharePoint and database tools will be a valued asset as you assess the reporting needs across the businesses then design, develop and optimize reporting and collaboration tools. Additionally, you will create a development plan that demonstrates the vision of reporting and analytical tools to be provided, resources needed, and a time-line for completion.
Utilizing your robust project management skills, you will coordinate and lead system projects in North America.
Assisting the group, you will coordinate IT access rights for the business Unit.
As a mentor, you will develop and deliver supply chain and IT training and competence building across the business in support of Commercial and Supply Chain Excellence.
