Logistics Coordinator (1804478) – Seneca, SC
The Production Logistics Coordinator supports all operations in the CCP production area by performing SAP data entry, inventory cycle counts, and preparing shipments in accordance with written procedures and verbal instructions. Responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of materials inventory, providing logistical support to all production areas as needed including supply chain and warehouse support functions.
The incumbent must have ability to work well with others, to solve problems, meet shipment dates, maintain inventory, and coordinate raw material requirements. They also must have excellent organizational, communication and multi-tasking skills.
Perform daily SAP transactions including production entries, material transfers, picking orders/shipments, etc.
Responsible for (Physical vs. SAP) inventory accuracy
Set up and provide campaign run books and labels for the production area.
Order raw materials, feed material, and packaging materials for the production area.
Coordinate with lab on finished product analysis to insure on time shipments.
Manage final product disposition, track shipment dates, and work closely with shipping and customer service to coordinate shipments.
Assist in entering Labvantage sample requests and have knowledge to pull Labvantage information for process engineers.
Act as production team's ISO subject matter expert and be its liaison during audits. Ability to prioritize when conflicts arise.
Responsible for collecting and entering Asset Effectiveness data entry.
Pick-up and verify high grade PM from the dispensing room using the 4-eye principle to deliver and secure material per procedure.
Assemble data and produce reports as needed, such as production records, tracking scrap, production yields, etc.
Pulling and shipping raw material and finished goods samples for process engineers, R&D and customer requirements.
Provide and manage filing system for all production records, forklift records, etc.
Responsible for records retention per company policy.
Provide and locate information for environmental, production, testing, and safety
Provide production and safety information for team meetings.
Attend pre-campaign meetings for upcoming production runs.
Maintaining the GHS label system for the production areas.
Responsible for maintaining label inventory for the site.
Communicate closely with process engineers, customer service, shipping/receiving, lab, and production planner to ensure all logistical requirements are met.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Perform at a high level to meet team objectives and goals.
Available to work overtime and weekends.
Good overall understanding of material and product process flows within the operations area.
Apply critical thinking to mitigate issues that have not been previously encountered.

High school diploma or GEDand 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment OR BS Degree in a relevant field.
Experience operating a forklift.
Experience working with Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, Power point.
Experience in catalyst manufacturing.
Experience with SAP software.
