Bulk Materials Planner (1803983) – Suffolk, VA
Where the Chemistry Happens
Reporting to the Materials Management Manager, we are seeking a professional like you to coordinate all aspects of the loading of bulk materials, including rail and determine the appropriate stocking levels to ensure gPAM customers are supplied in a timely manner while optimizing the railcar fleet.

Formula for Success
Leveraging your educational background and relevant professional background in manufacturing or logistics, you will coordinate all bulk truck requirements for the Suffolk Site with the Bulk Command Center / third party carriers, Production and Customer Care. Additionally, you will manage the railcar loop for gPAM materials to ensure supply balance while optimizing the railcar fleet and update the bulk tanker and rail loading schedule on a daily basis.
Demonstrating your desire to provide superior customer care, you will support the business to ensure customer expectations are met as efficiently and economically as possible. (DSL, On-time shipment, costs).
Successfully engaging across the organization, you will communicate with Customer Care on any changes to customer order delivery dates on bulk customer orders and participate in gPAM meetings as required with the business. You will also provide training and support to site security for outbound bulk trucks.
Utilizing your strong computer skills and knowledge, you will coordinate NCM's for any Bulk issues.
