Where the Chemistry Happens
You will lead, coordinate, optimize, and continuously improve the MIDGA EV Kaolin Material and Resource planning process. Develop, implement, and facilitate site wide sustainable process and business systems that meet the needs of the Business. Facilitate Material and Resource flow excellence to achieve reliable, cost efficient, and timely processing of kaolin intermediates and finished products. Translate Supply Chain demand plans into effective material flow plans across the MIDGA site, between plants, mines, warehousing, and shipping.

Formula for Success
Utilizing your BS Degree in Business or technical field along with your experience in Manufacturing, Planning, Scheduling, or Logistics you will Create, publish, and track the material and resource flow plan and incorporate and translate the finished product demand plan signal into plant material and resource flow plan
Your experience and knowledge of the MIDGA BASF kaolin operations will enable you to provide overall coordination of the Material and Resource planning process for EV Kaolin. In this role you will report to MIDGA Operations Manager with dotted line reporting structure to the Supply Chain Manager.
You strong ability to build relationships will enable you to collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product Management, and Quality organizations to develop and execute material and resource balancing, address business opportunities, and optimize output, costs, and efficiency
As a key member of the Supply and Operational planning community you will drives Operations, Planning, Product and Supply Chain accountability to meet production plans for timely shipment of finished goods
Your functional expertise in Planning and Scheduling principles, tools and techniques will guide you through the ownership and management of the plant capacity process and will enable you to anticipate material and resource demand requirements for order fulfillment.
