We are pleased to announce that Witt/Kieffer has partnered with Franciscan Alliance in the recruitment of an experienced executive to serve as their next Vice President of Supply Chain. Franciscan Alliance, located in Northern Indiana, is a 14-hospital, Catholic integrated delivery system that brings together the latest technology, innovative procedures, and the brightest, most compassionate people to serve their patients.
The Vice President, Supply Chain is a unique opportunity to guide this large health System’s supply chain, creating a contemporary and future-facing function focused on cost containment, efficiency, and best-in-class service. With the upcoming retirement of its current Vice President, the new Vice President of Supply Chain will have the opportunity to envision, strategize, and transform the function to succeed within the framework of a standard operating model with measureable performance benchmarks. This leader will serve as a collaborator and advisor on future trends and will be expected to continually identify opportunities for the System to leverage their scale and GPO relationship for both cost savings and revenue generation.
The ideal candidate will be a senior supply chain executive with a strong track record of leading in a complex, multi-hospital system. Candidates should have demonstrated success and knowledge of contracting and purchasing, logistics, distribution models and a track record of effectively leveraging automation and technology. They will have knowledge of efficient expense management approaches, including sophisticated analysis, tracking, and reporting of supply chain cost reduction initiatives. A bachelor's degree is required.
Inquiries, nominations and applications are invited. Nominations and CVs may be submitted confidentially via email to FranciscanVPSC@wittkieffer.com and may be addressed to Jason Petros or Tammy Jackson, the Witt/Kieffer consultants supporting this search.
