Ingredients for Success: What We Look For in You...
Bachelor's degree required with at least 6 months of professional work experience/college internships OR at least 6 years of Customer Care, Supply Chain, Sales or related experience required in lieu of degree.
Computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel/Word), web-based applications, and ability to handle multiple PC applications.
Ability to interact with the customer in a helpful and friendly manner and to understand customer needs.
Capability of working effectively within a team environment.
Ability to set priorities and manage time in a dynamic work environment.
Strong oral and written communication skills; strong problem solving skills
Ability to read, write, and speak a foreign language is a plus.
