Bachelor's degree required, with a concentration in Supply Chain/Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field with a minimum of 10 years or professional experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or operations OR a Master's with 8 years of experience
Minimum or 3 years of supervisory experience required.
APICS (American Product and Inventory Control Society) supply chain certification is preferred.
Working knowledge of plant manufacturing, supply chain processes, inventory, and operational management and related technical systems that support RCMS and ERP processes.
Strong SAP or other ERP planning systems skills, combined with ability to communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to demonstrate a good knowledge of EHS best practices, regulations, and standards and commitment to create and maintain a safe work environment.
Capability to solve complex problems, perform root cause analysis, and use information to apply effective corrective actions.
