The ERP Analyst III (1 YEAR CONTRACT POSITION) is responsible for supporting one or more teams focused on implementing specific modules and related functionality for an ERP systems implementation supporting the Supply Chain Management division at UC Davis Health. Primary responsibility is to ensure that the work products for assigned by the Lead Project Analysts and Supervisor are completed on-time and according to specifications. This includes several aspects of systems implementation including analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support. Supports design, development and implementation of new or enhanced business processes in support of new or enhanced information systems and technology. Supports operational needs, ongoing analytics, and report design post go-'live.REQUIRED--Past supply chain (procurement, sourcing, inventory management, logistics), finance, and systems implementation experience ishighly desired--Experience implementing business process improvement'--Experience developing and generating management or summary reports using relevant data, analysis, and data visualization techniques'--Experience analyzing complex information or problems in an objective manner to provide a sound basis for establishing priorities, selecting appropriate courses of action for pursuit or recommendations to others, and to resolve conflicts'--Experience creating analysis or reports, correspondence and summaries in a comprehensive organized format'--Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to clearly and effectively interact with a diverse group of individuals--' Experience building partnerships, seeking input from others, and creating ad hoc teams as required to address challenging problems-- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills to manage time schedules, multiple requests and priorities while maintaining productivity.'--Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and other tools in the Microsoft Office PREFERRED--Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology and supply chain related field is preferred and/or an equivalent combination of education, training, and progressively responsible professional experience.'--Experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Logistics, Finance, or systems implementation in a healthcare or corporate setting SPECIAL REQUIREMENT - THIS POSITION MAY BE SUBJECT TO A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION, DRUG SCREEN, LIVE SCAN FINGERPRINTING, MEDICAL EVALUATION CLEARANCE, AND FUNCTIONAL CAPACITY ASSESSMENT
