Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Business Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is required. (Note: Other disciplines will be considered with demonstrated successful Supply Chain management experience.)
A minimum of 6 years of experience in supply chain/logistics management or demonstrated successful experience in a related discipline (e.g., Product Management, Procurement, Operations).
Proficiency with SAP APO or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Strong ability to effectively use the standard set of software tools, including SAP R/3, APO (SNP or DP), and MS Office
Leadership experience required. Direct supervisory experience preferred. Demonstrate strong leadership and communication (written & oral) skills when given opportunities to present to various levels of management in organization.
Strong work management skills, with the ability to manage multiple, concurrent tasks effectively.
Action-oriented, with good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work and lead effectively in a cross-functional, multicultural team environment to achieve organizational objectives across a regional and global organization.
Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.
Thorough understanding of material planning processes, including Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and Sales and Operations planning (S&OP).
Ability to understand business priorities and make autonomous decisions in a dynamic work environment
