Bachelor's degree or degree in progress is required with at least 1 year of professional experience; OR must have a High School diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience.
Working knowledge of Sales Order or Purchase Order management in SAP; experience with Sample Request Database, Pastis, and the CBIS import order system is preferred.
Understanding of purchasing and shipping policies regarding samples is a plus.
Experience in Master Data and Imports/Exports; strength in SAP transaction processing preferred.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to interact with the customer in a helpful and friendly manner, and to understand customer needs and work well in a team environment.
Must be able to work with various functions to support efficient Sample service including Product Regulatory, Foreign Trade, International Colleagues, Dangerous Goods, and Logistics, among others; ability to set priorities in a dynamic work environment and work through challenging situations
Strong oral and written communication skills; strong problem solving capabilities.
