Bachelor's degree required, with a concentration in Supply Chain/Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field; APICS (American Product and Inventory Control Society) supply chain certification is preferred.
A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in supply chain, manufacturing, business management, or operations; experience in the chemicals or materials industries a plus.
Working knowledge of supply chain processes including demand planning, S&OP, master production scheduling, and inventory management.
Strong SAP or other ERP planning systems skills, combined with ability to communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Continuous improvement and/or Lean Six Sigma project experience a plus, along with prior supervisory experience.
