Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 5+ years of experience in Customer Care, Sales, Marketing or related field OR High School Diploma/Equivalent and minimum of 9+ years of experience in Customer Care, Sales, Marketing or related field is required.
Strong Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint required.
Must have experience in data analysis such as with sales reports and the ability to interpret, pursue data gaps and present data in various forms.
Excellent written, oral and communication skills and be adept at building relationships with multiple internal and external functions / resources and at all levels.
Individuals must have strong initiative, be results-oriented, have excellent influencing / impact skills and able to set priorities and make independent decisions.
The ability to interface clearly with customers and the sales team with outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Price Margin Management (PMM) knowledge a plus.
