Bachelor's degree with 2+ years customer service, supply chain, logistics, procurement or related experience or 6+ years customer service, supply chain, logistics, procurement or related experience in lieu of a degree.
Computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel/Word) and web-based applications
Ability to interact with the customers in a helpful and friendly manner and to understand customer needs
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to set priorities and manage time in a dynamic work environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills; including strong listening skills
Strong problem solving skills
Degree in supply chain management or logistics. Knowledge and understanding of supply chain process, materials planning
Knowledge of complex order to cash processes within SAP
Knowledge of Non-Conformance Management (NCM) process.
Solid understanding of consignment, customer portals, and eCommerce
