Purpose: To plan, lead and manage multiple customer projects in a SaaS environment.
Job Overview: The Project Manager will manage software implementation projects and support the customer base. This is a hands on role and requires project initiation, planning, execution, control and communication
Accountabilities: Gain understanding of our business model and processes.
Develop project scope and implementation approach based on client requirements.
Oversee development of requirements, use case and specifications to meet requirements.
Create project plans using industry standard methodologies
Monitors activities and deliverables to track progress against the schedule
- Manages day-to-day project activities
- Resolves risks/issues
- Manages changes
- Delivers on time, on scope and on budget
- Creates referenceable customers
Effectively communicates the project status internally.
Manages customer’s expectations and communicates with the appropriate level of customer leadership.
Qualifications: Customer-facing project implementation experience.
Experience with business process engineering and project management tools and methodologies, such as MS Project.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deliverables.
Ability to remain appropriate detail-oriented in a fluid environment.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills in working with team, other departments and customers.
Preferred Skills: ERP software implementation experience
Experience in supply chain management
Experience in the Food/CPG vertical
MS in engineering, management or equivalent
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
