POSTDOCTORAL ASSOCIATE, Center for Transportation & Logistics (2 openings), to assist in the development and launching of online courses, conduct independent research, assist and take leadership in writing manuscripts, and meet with project sponsors. Will also be expected to support educational activities and publish in top international journals.
REQUIRED: a Ph.D. in supply chain management, transportation, logistics, operations management, information systems, engineering, economics, business, or a related discipline. Must have in-depth knowledge of one of the following research areas: supply chain design, supply chain analytics, supply chain strategy, supply chain technologies, or freight transportation. Evidence of the ability to develop and deliver lectures and class material at the graduate level (both masters and doctoral) is expected. Familiarity with statistical software and analytics tools to analyze big data preferred, as is experience with industry.
