STRATEGIC SOURCING ANALYST REQUIREMENTS/DUTIES:

This position manages, maintains and updates procurement contract files, data and systems, ensuring maximization of GPO, aggregation group and local contracts for high contract penetration.
Identifies targets of opportunity through analysis of data to ensure price accuracy, supplier performance and implements initiatives to achieve savings.
Provides operational support to customers including guidance regarding processes, documentation and spend/spend categories.
Assist/Lead in the sourcing process, including but not limited to, requirements definition, RFx development and execution, scorecard, analysis, risk management, etc.
Assist with drafting, negotiating and managing contractual documentation (MSA, NDA, Amendments, SOW, WO).
High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred, along with two (2) to five (5) years of directly related experience in the healthcare industry.
Looking for Buyer experience with knowledge of contracts and Oracle.
Requires intermediate MS Excel experience, and 2 years in healthcare supply chain contracting or supply chain analysis.
Preferred that the candidate possess Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP) from the Association for Healthcare Resource & Materials Management (AHRMM).
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong emphasis on attention to details.
Ability to work with or without supervision and keep stakeholders informed (both onsite and offsite) through work product and both scheduled and ad hoc activity reports.
