We are seeking a Production Planning/Scheduling Analyst to join our facility in Canoga Park, CA (Los Angeles area).
In this role, you will organize and provide leadership on work of individuals and/or project teams; manage all aspects of assigned projects in one or more operations supporting production activities such as planning, scheduling, material/tool planning and control, production control, shipping, receiving, warehousing and/or transportation, etc.; perform short and long-range planning for assigned functional area(s) and implements approved plans.
Requires a Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management, Business Management/Administration, Operations Management, Engineering or other technical discipline and 3 years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
US Citizenship Only Required. Dual Citizenship does not meet job qualifications. Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level (requires U.S. Citizenship). Must be able to satisfy federal government requirements for access to government information.
Additional Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:
Must have ERP / Scheduling system knowledge, strong written/verbal communication, organizational, planning, and scheduling skills (Oracle EBS is a Plus).
Strong understanding of MS Project and Scheduling constraint types.
Strong leadership and problem solving skills.
Candidate must have a track record that demonstrates he/she: 1) is a highly motivated team player, 2) consistently meets his/her commitments, 3) has the ability to motivate and inspire change, and 4) possesses the skills to coach/mentor individuals.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-function/cross-site teams.
