Bachelor's Degree required or higher in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Transportation Management, non-conformance management in a business unit or service platform, or related areas; background in Process Improvement is preferred.
Project Management experience is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to lead others to success; ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Effective strategic thinking.
Well-developed entrepreneurial character.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; sound oral and written communication and presentation skills.
